An Préachán- The Crow

This is an original mixed media painting on canvas of my crow woman. I have created the base using pages of one of those romantic novels you find under ladies mattresses. 
Using pastels, pencils and inks and paints I created this crow woman. I started off this painting drawing the female form and I just went with the flow that led me to this crow woman that emerged. 
I used the Irish word for Crow to crown and protect her.
