DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY
at Ruth Cadden Artworks
On receipt of payment orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days if the goods are in stock. If the item requested is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.
Shipping on orders is via An Post and calculates automatically via the shipping address and also the values of your total order value as follows:
International Shipping:
Average international shipping costs €12 to Europe and the UK, €20 to Rest of the world (may vary due to the weight of the item).
Returns Policy
Our return of goods policy at Ruth Cadden Artworks weeks to provide you with greatest comfort and security whilst shopping with us.
As we are dealing in individually handcrafted items, sometimes there can be slight variations between the goods depicted on site and the batches we carry in stock. However if you are still not satisfied with the item(s) you ultimately receive the normal return of goods policy applies to your order.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned to us within 30 days of dispatch and are eligible for a full refund, an exchange or shop credit to the value of the original order, at the customer's preference. In order to qualify for a refund / voucher, the goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice or delivery docket you received with the goods.
Refunds will be made via the Paypal or Wix Payments service you originally used and directly to the customer account used to create the original purchase.
Please note: Special Made-to-Order commissions and personalised items are non-returnable on a change of mind basis.
Ruth Cadden Artworks does not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return if the return is due to a “change of mind” on part of the customer. We strongly advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage in this instance.
Please contact us before returning damaged or defective items so we can advise you on postage.
